This strategy included the acquisitions of collaboration software specialist Modality (2019), leading cloud services and managed hosting provider Nasstar plc (2020), connectivity and cloud specialist KCOM ICT (2021), and data engineering specialist Colibri Digital (2023).

As part of a comprehensive integration programme underpinning these transformational acquisitions, the enlarged business has been refocussed around the Nasstar brand. Nasstar is now one of the largest B2B managed services companies in the UK with a growing professional services proposition.
