BizAway was founded in 2015 by Luca Carlucci (CEO) and Flavio Del Bianco (CTO) who have a shared passion for solving the frustrations of corporate travel. The company’s proprietary, user-friendly travel management software, combined with a 24/7 multilingual customer service centre, has allowed BizAway to deliver exceptional customer service at a low cost-to-serve. The company continues to deliver strong and sustainable growth and has contracted over 1,600 customers across more than ten countries.

Mayfair is backing management’s plan to rapidly scale across existing and new markets, whilst continuing to deliver product innovation and stellar customer service. We are working closely with management across several areas including the implementation of new AI and data strategies, exploring potential M&A opportunities and accelerating international expansion.
