Tessa joined the team at Mayfair in 2024 as an Executive Assistant and supports the Investment and Specialist teams.

Previous experience

Before Joining Mayfair, Tessa was at CVC Capital Partners where she supported the Co-Head of the UK team in London. Prior to this she worked at TPG in San Francisco, California.

Education and qualifications

Tessa holds a Business Diploma from Oxford Media & Business School.
