Matilda Kanjere

Associate Director

Matilda joined Mayfair in 2022. As a member of the investment team, she helps to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, leading in key areas of due diligence while building close relationships with management teams. She also works in partnership with portfolio companies to plan and execute their strategic plans.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Mayfair, Matilda was an Investment Executive at CVC Capital Partners in London, focusing on European large-cap private equity transactions. She previously worked at Houlihan Lokey, advising private equity and corporate clients on M&A transactions.

Education and qualifications

Matilda holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
