Process Specialist, Finance Function Maturity

Jo joined Mayfair in 2023 as an independent specialist and partners closely with the portfolio company CFO and their finance teams on Finance Transformation. She works closely with other Mayfair Process Specialists, steering the financial data strategy during integrations and supporting through exit planning and execution.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Mayfair, Jo provided exit support services to Mayfair portfolio companies, working as a key member of their finance teams. Jo started her career in practice, before moving into industry to work in listed and private equity backed businesses where she helped deliver multiple transactions.

Education and qualifications

Jo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
