Jamie joined Mayfair in 2025 as Associate Director for Portfolio Talent. He is responsible for leading Mayfair’s portfolio talent function working closely with portfolio companies to recruit world-class talent and build high performing teams.

Previous experience

Before joining Mayfair, Jamie was Talent Director at ScaleUp Capital where he built the company’s talent function from scratch. Prior to this he was part of the TMT practice at Skillcapital, an international boutique executive search firm focused on the Private Equity industry.

Education and qualifications

Jamie holds a First-Class degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter.
