Carly joined Mayfair in 2025 as an independent specialist and partners closely with the portfolio company CFO and their finance teams on Finance Transformation. She works closely with other Mayfair Process Specialists, steering the financial data strategy during integrations and supporting through exit planning and execution.

Previous experience

Carly has held key finance leadership roles including Group Financial Controller for an AIM-listed company, Project Accountant on a pre-IPO listing and Finance Director of a start-up private equity backed business.

Education and qualifications

Carly is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
