It centralises and streamlines how funds manage deal flow, fundraising activities, adviser networks and market intelligence, replacing spreadsheets and manual tracking with a purpose-built digital solution. Ihar Valodzin founded ListAlpha in 2020 while a Director at Mayfair, and the firm supported the company’s growth, spinning it out in 2024.
ListAlpha was acquired by Carta, a leading US-based private markets fintech platform, in March 2026 becoming Carta CRM to further integrate front-office intelligence with back-office execution for the private markets.
