London, February 5th, 2025. Mayfair Equity Partners (“Mayfair”), a dedicated digital investor, has announced the final close of Mayfair Fund III at £500m. The fund was supported by a mix of existing and new institutional LPs, with 60% of commitments coming from North America, and the balance coming from EMEA. This brings capital raised since the firm’s first investment in 2015 to over £2 billion.

The successful fundraising will allow Mayfair to build on its long-term track record of backing innovative businesses and helping them to scale internationally. Mayfair has made 27 investments since 2015 including OVO Energy, LoopMe and TrustedHousesitters. The fundraise comes at a time of increased activity for Mayfair, with the firm completing several new investments and a successful exit in recent months.

Mayfair has continued to scale its team, which now numbers more than 30. The team includes eight UK and US based business process improvement Specialists who are integrated into the investment workflow, partnering with management teams to help derisk and accelerate their growth plans. Mayfair has also invested in its own proprietary AI deal discovery platform, ListAlpha, to radically improve its origination capabilities. ListAlpha was recently spun-out to enable the platform to serve a range of clients, with Mayfair remaining its anchor client and majority shareholder.
