Waqqas co-founded Mayfair in 2014. He spends his time evaluating new investment opportunities while developing relationships with talented and ambitious management teams. He also has responsibility for managing Mayfair’s portfolio function ensuring that each portfolio company receives the team’s full support to execute successful growth plans.

Previous experience

Waqqas began his investing career at LDC where he completed several high-profile investments including Avelo, Easynet Global Services, TwoFour Productions and Blue Rubicon. He started his career at KPMG with clients including Nestle and Rolls Royce and spend the latter part of his time there building the Private Equity Group.

Education and qualifications

Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
