Mayfair’s functional Specialists and its integrated staffing model
LONDON April 28th, 2022 – Mayfair Equity Partners (“Mayfair”), a dedicated technology and

time in the firm’s history. Mayfair is also announcing six additional promotions and four new

Mayfair’s investment philosophy centres on backing people and their ideas, working in active
partnership with founders and management teams to help them realise their ambitions.
Mayfair has adopted an integrated staffing model where team members from a range of
disciplines support companies across the investment cycle from origination to exit. As part of
this, Mayfair has assembled a senior team of dedicated functional Specialists who support
business process improvement initiatives that help portfolio companies unlock their full

Mayfair is promoting two colleagues to Partner: Paul Reading, from Managing Director, and

reflecting Mayfair’s track record of supporting M&A-led growth strategies. To date, the firm
has supported 41 bolt-on acquisitions across 19 platform investments.

funds. He also leads Mayfair’s operations and compliance functions and has been
instrumental in growing and enhancing the firm’s capabilities in these areas. Tushar was
formerly Chief Financial Officer at Headway Capital Partners.
“The promotions of Paul and Tushar demonstrates our commitment to an integrated staffing
model and our investment in our Specialist capabilities”, commented Daniel Sasaki,
Managing Partner of Mayfair. “Over the last seven years, we have grown Mayfair from four
founders to a team of 35, building a broad and deep bench of senior talent. Now with six
Partners and seven Managing Directors, we have assembled the leadership team to deliver
Mayfair’s long-term growth plans and achieve the ambitions of our investors, our portfolio
and our people.”
Mayfair has over £1 billion in assets under management and invests in companies that are
growing through the application of technology or benefiting from fundamental shifts in
consumer behaviour.
